According to the agreement between RMC Hospital and MKSS, balanced and nutritious meals are provided daily based on the number of patients. This meal plan supports the patients' nutritional needs and contributes to their healthy recovery.

Breakfast (8:00 AM – 8:30 AM):
Bread – 4 pieces
Boiled egg – 1 piece
Banana – 1 piece

Lunch (1:00 PM – 1:30 PM):
White rice – as required
Fish/Chicken – as required
Vegetables – 1 bowl
Lentils – 1 bowl

This meal plan helps fulfill the patients’ nutritional requirements and supports a healthy recovery process.

Japan MDB Corporation Ltd.

Under the agreement between MDB Corporation Japan and MKSS, regular training sessions are conducted five days a week at four IT training centers of MDB Corporation. Each training center hosts approximately 100 to 120 trainees daily. The trainees are provided with residential accommodation and nutritious, hygienic meals, which are regularly supplied.

Khichuri – 1 bowl

The main goal of this meal arrangement is to ensure the trainees' good health and nutrition, enabling them to fully focus on gaining skills through training.

Food Supply for Monthly and Coordination Meetings of PEDP-4, 2.5 Project

Under the agreement between Human Welfare Self-Reliant Organization and MKSS, quality meals were supplied to a total of 210 teachers and 15 supervisors working in the Gaibandha district, including the Polashbari, Sadullapur, and Gaibandha Sadar upazilas, under the PEDP-4, 2.5 "Out of School Children" Project. The meals were provided in accordance with the government allocation for training sessions and monthly coordination meetings.

By providing these meals, the training and coordination activities become more favorable and enjoyable for the participants. Voluntary Organization for Social Development (VOSD) Emergency Food Assistance for Flood-affected People in Nalitabari Upazila, Sherpur District

Emergency Food Assistance for Flood-affected People in Nalitabari Upazila, Sherpur District during the 2024 Flood Season

In accordance with the agreement between VOSD and MKSS, emergency food assistance activities were carried out to help flood-affected people stranded in water during the 2024 flood season in Nalitabari Upazila, Sherpur District.

Under this initiative, the following food and emergency supplies were distributed among 1,000 flood victims:

Flattened rice (Chira)
Puffed rice (Muri)
Molasses (Gur)
Clean drinking water
Necessary medicines
Candles
Oral rehydration salts (ORS)

Each beneficiary received food supplies worth approximately 500 Bangladeshi Taka.

Through this relief effort, the urgent needs of the flood-affected people were met, bringing comfort and relief to their lives.

Supply of Bags and Uniforms for the "Out of School Children" Projects of Various NGOs/Organizations

According to the agreement between VOSD, RIC, Disha Social Welfare Organization, DSKS, PASA, Progati Social Development Organization, DMP, PDI, MUK, EPRC, and MKSS, a total of 21,700 sets of dresses and bags were supplied by VOSD in Barisal and Jhalokathi districts, 11,500 sets by RIC in Munshiganj district, 19,600 sets by Disha Social Welfare Organization in Jessore district, 15,300 sets by DSKS in Pabna district, 8,600 sets by PASA in Manikganj district, 2,100 sets by Progati Social Development Organization in Sylhet district, 4,700 sets by DMP in Rajbari district, 2,100 sets by PDI in Lakshmipur district, 6,450 sets by MUK in Meherpur district, and 6,450 sets by EPRC in Dhaka district to out-of-school children. The goal of this project was to provide primary education opportunities to out-of-school children aged 8-14 years. According to the government contract, the unit price per student was set at 850 Taka (excluding VAT and taxes).

Supply of Educational Materials such as Notebooks, Pencils, Blackboards, Signboards, Mats, and Other Supplies for the "Out of School Children" Projects of Various NGOs/Organizations

According to the agreement between Disha Social Welfare Organization, DSKS, PASA, Progati Social Development Organization, DMP, PDI, MUK, and MKSS, educational materials such as notebooks, pencils, blackboards, signboards, mats, and other supplies were provided under the Primary Education Development Program (PEDP-4) for the 2.5 "Out of School Children" project. The materials were supplied at the rates specified by government regulations (excluding VAT and taxes).
